HOW DO PAINTINGS ARRIVE?

The paintings arrive securely packed inside a cardboard roll, they do not arrive framed. 

However, if you would like for us to frame your purchase - please write to us after your order is placed - Kathmandu Residents only. We will frame it for you, for additional cost. 


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so we would appreciate an early heads up. For canceled orders, your refund will be processed through mode of original payment within 7-10 working days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Domestic we will send you an order confirmation via email. Delivery is made within 1-2  days, a delivery representative will call you on the day of delivery.

Deliveries outside of Kathmandu take 1-3 days time, by air. Please get in touch through WhatsApp us on (+977) 9847296631 or send us an email on artsnepalgallery@gmail.com

International Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation via email; once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information included. Use this tracking number to keep up with your order while in transit.


DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes, we do. Please leave us a note if your purchase is a gift, we will wrap it in Nepalese Lokta Paper, beautiful & sustainable wrapping paper. You can opt for a neutral or printed paper.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF KATHMANDU?

Yes; we ship all over Nepal. Please write to us if you face problems during checkout artsnepalgallery@gmail.com


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes; we ship worldwide. To confirm that we ship to your mailing address and to calculate shipping costs, use our shipping calculator located at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your order while in transit. Please note: tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update depending on the shipping carrier.


HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic deliveries can take up to 2-3 days. 

International shipping time can take up to 2 weeks.


I PLACED MY ORDER WITH THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING RATES?

Domestic we offer a flat standard shipping rate between NPR. 100/- to NPR. 300/- depending upon your location.

Please note, rates will differ for paintings sold with frames.

International rates are calculated at checkout - we offer standard shipment Air freight. Shipping rates depend on the product weight and location. Your orders will reach you within 2 weeks. Our shipment is handled by our trustworthy couriers at Skynet Worldwide Express and SF Express.

Printing and color variations

Due to the nature of screen resolution, please be aware that some slight color variations might occur. 

Care

It’s best to hang your painting in a dry space and out of direct sunlight. Please ensure the wall you’ve chosen to hang your painting doesn’t have any water damage, dampness or moisture. 


Oil / Acrylic Artworks Remove dust by brushing lightly with a dry soft, lint-free, microfiber cloth. Never use water or cleaning products of any kind. 

Watercolor Artworks Keep away from water, and wet surfaces. Glass framing is always a good option to protect art from dust, and wetness

Thangkas  Keep away from water, and wet surfaces. Remove dust by brushing lightly with a dry soft, lint-free, microfiber cloth. 

Always handle your art with care. We strongly recommend wooden frames with a strong mount.
