Return & Exchanges

We have an 10 Day Exchange Policy. For Cancellations, please contact us within 48 Hours of placing your order, as we ship your purchases within 1-2 business days. 

To be eligible for the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not have a refund policy, however, we will do the best we can do replace the item that was damaged. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7 days' time, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
